高职生亲社会行为的影响因素解析及培养提升策略研究

摘要 职业教育有利于提高劳动者素质、推动经济社会发展和促进就业。职业教育不仅要包括知识、技能的学习,还应该包括个体品德的培养。本研究针对贵州多民族背景下高职生亲社会行为的影响因素进行解析,并提出针对该地区高职生亲社会行为的培养和提升策略,旨在提高高职生亲社会行为的培养效果。 Vocational education is conducive to improving the quality of workers,promoting economic and social development and promoting employment.Vocational education should not only include the learning of knowledge and skills,but also the cultivation of individual morality.This study analyzes the influencing factors of pro-social behavior of vocational college students in Guizhou under multi-ethnic backgrounds,and puts forward strategies for training and improving pro-social behavior of vocational college students,aiming at improving the training effect of pro-social behavior of vocational college students.
