新时代高校个性化职业咨询服务体系的构建研究

Research on the Construction of an Individualized Career Counseling Service System in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

近些年来,随着高校的扩招,大学生就业形势不容乐观,迫切需要高校建立健全个性化职业咨询服务体系,引导大学生形成良好的择业心态、正确的就业理念、清晰的职业目标。本文在分析当前高校职业指导工作现状的基础上,从顶层设计、师资队伍、职业指导课程三方面构建了个性化职业咨询服务体系,帮助大学生树立正确的就业观,提高大学生就业质量。

In recent years,with the expansion of college enrollment,the employment situation of college students is not optimistic.It is urgent for universities to establish and perfect personalized career consulting service system,and guide college students to form a good career attitude,correct employment concept and clear career goal.Based on the analysis of the current situation of career guidance in colleges and universities,this paper constructs a personalized career consulting service system from three aspects,including top-level design,teaching staff and career guidance,helping students establish a correct view of employment and improve the quality of college students'employment.
