摘要
高校语文教师是对大学生进行情感教育的主体,他们的情感教育能力对大学生产生极大的影响,但是当前一些高校语文教师的情感投入消极被动、情感表达干涩无力、情感调控延迟或无视等,因此应从树立强烈的情感意识、加强情感表达的训练以及强调情感调控的及时等方面培养和提高高校语文教师的情感教育能力。
Chinese teachers are the main body of emotional education for college students,their ability of emotional education has great impact on college students.However,at present,some Chinese teachers'emotional input is passive,emotional expression is weak,and the emotional control is delayed or ignored.Therefore,it is necessary to establish emotional awareness,strengthen the training of emotional expression,as well as to emphasize the emotional control in time in order to cultivate and improve the capabilities of Chinese teachers in colleges.
