基于LabVIEW的自由活塞发电机控制系统设计

摘要 基于LabVIEW设计了自由活塞发电机控制系统。分析了控制系统的具体需求,介绍了控制系统的硬件选择和设计。LabVIEW程序设计采用模块化方法,分为信号处理、状态装换、喷油点火三个模块。设计了电机力辅助控制测略确保系统的连续运行。实验结果表明:基于LabVIEW设计的控制系统可以准确、及时地对自由活塞发电机控制。 The electric control system of free piston linear generator was designed using Lab VIEW.The function demand of the control system was analyzed.The selection and constitute of hardware for the control system was proposed.Based on modularization method,the LabVIEW program was divided into signal processing module,status switching module and Injection-Ignition module.A control strategy of motor force was designed for continuous running of the system.The experimental result shows that the control system designed using LabVIEW could fulfill the precision and punctuality controlling of the free piston linear generator.
