This article reviewed the application status quo of 5 common aggressive risk assessment tools,pointed out that all scales mentioned have good reliability and validity.Each scale has its own distinctive features of scale purpose,assessment period,and diagnostic value.The assessment tools on risk were limited,and it needs to be revised and improved according to the situation of our country,and introduced into the clinical nursing of psychiatric department
