城市居家老年人养老行为的质性研究

Qualitative research on the old-age care behavior of the urban elderly residents in urban areas

[目的]了解城市居家老年人个人层面的养老行为特点,为构建城市养老服务体系提供依据。[方法]用现象学研究方法对8名老年人进行半结构式访谈,对所获资料进行整理、分析、提炼主题。[结果]共提炼出以下6个主题:(1)理解养老困境,自主选择自我养老模式;(2)以健康为中心,自觉维护自身健康;(3)老有所乐,主动交友;(4)老有所学,不愿与社会脱节;(5)营造良好家庭氛围,主动分担家务;(6)热心参加公益活动,希望能够建立良好循环。[结论]城市老人养老行为的特点是自我养老,表现为自主选择自我养老模式、自觉维护自身健康和主动满足老有所乐、老有所学等的直接自我养老,主动分担家务、参加社会公益活动等的间接自我养老。

Objective:To understand the characteristics of old age care behavior of the urban elderly residents,and to provide a basis for the construction of urban pension service system.Methods:A semi structured interview was conducted on eight elderly using phenomenological research methods,and the data obtained were collated,analyzed and refined.Results:The following six topics were extracted:Understand the old age care dilemma and select the self care pattern;Focused on health and consciously maintaining their own health status;Enjoy the age and make friends actively;Continue study and keep in touch with society;Create a good family atmosphere and actively share responsibility for housework;Eager to participate in public welfare activities and hope to establish a good circulation.Conclusion:The characteristics of the urban elderly old age care behavior was self care,showing at choosing self care by themselves,consciously maintaining their own health status,enjoying the age,studying continually to fulfill the direct old age self care;sharing the responsibility for housework consciously and participate the social welfare activities to fulfill the indirect old age self care
