贵阳市脚渡河水硝酸盐及亚硝酸盐含量检测及分析

Determination of Nitrate and Nitrite Content in River Water of Jiaodu in Guiyang

采集了贵阳市脚渡河河水水样八组,对其所含硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐量进行检测。以紫外分光光度法对水体中所含有的硝酸盐进行检测,使用重氮偶合分光光度法对亚硝酸盐进行检测。结果表明,脚渡河水体中硝酸盐浓度为2.604~2.682mg/L,亚硝酸盐的量为0.0058~0.0069mg/L。按我国《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006),脚渡河水体中所测定的亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的含量都达到Ⅱ类饮用水源的限值。可为贵阳市水资源的科学调研提供一定的参考依据。

Eight water samples was collected from the river of JiaoDu to detect tlie content of nitrate and nitrite.content contained in this paper using UV Spectrophotometry in water,nitrite content by diazo spectrophotometric detection in water.The nitrate and nitrite content in river water of JiaoDu were 2.604.2.682mg/L and 0.0058.0.0069mg/L respectively.According to the standard of drinking water hygiene(GB5749-2006),the content of nitrite and nitrate in the water of JiaoDu river crossing reaches the limit of drinking water.It can provided a basis for scientific investigation of water resources.
