白内障合并原发性开角型青光眼手术治疗的疗效分析

目的探讨手术治疗白内障合并原发性开角型青光眼患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院眼科2016年1月—2017年1月收治的白内障合并原发性开角型青光眼(PO AG)患者48例,依据晶状体核硬度分级标准行相应手术治疗,比较术前术后眼压、视力及视觉诱发电位(VEP)情况。结果术后7 d、术后1个月及术后6个月眼压、P-VEP100波峰潜时明显低于术前,P-VEP100波幅、BCVA明显高于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合手术治疗白内障合并POAG患者的临床疗效较好,值得推广。

Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of surgical treatment for cataract with primary open angle glaucoma.Methods 48 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG)treated with cataract in our hospital from January 2016 to January^2017 were selected,According to the grading standard of lens nucleus hardness,corresponding surgical treatment was performed,The intraocular pressure before and after operation was compared,Visual acuity and VEP(visual evoked potential).Results Postoperative 7d,1 months postoperatively and 6 months after operation,P-VEP100 peak latency was significantly lower than preoperative,The amplitude and BCVA of P-VEP100 were significantly higher than that before surgery,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plainer combined surgery for cataract patients with POAG clinical curative effect is better,Worth popularizing.
