与原发性干燥综合征相关的视神经脊髓炎谱系病临床分析

Associated with primary Sjogren's syndrome of Neuromyelitis Optica spectrum disease clinical analysis

目的探讨与原发性干燥综合征(pSS)相关的视神经脊髓炎谱系病的临床特点及免疫致病机理,以提高对本病的认识。方法收集我院6年来临床证实的视神经脊髓炎(NMO)患者22例,其中存在pSS的7例作为研究组,未发现pSS的15例作为对照组,对2组患者的临床、影像学资料和预后进行比较分析。结果2组在临床表现及实验室检查方面虽各有特点但有更多共性,且在年龄、性别、影像学资料及预后各方面差别不大。结论 NMO合并pSS临床虽少见,但二者合并占视神经脊髓炎的比例不低,临床特点虽有个性但有更多共性,关系密切,在免疫致病机理方面可能存在共同的解剖学结构累及。

Objective To improve the clinical features and immunolopical pathogenic mechanic of Neuromyelitis optica spectrum diseasecomplited(NMOSD)with primary Sjogren’s syndrome(PSS).Methods A retrospective study of 22 patients with NMO was performed.All of them were recruited and diagnosed in zhangzhou municipal hospitail in six years.Clinical manifestations and imaging tests and prognosis were summarized and analyzed statistically.Among them,7NMO patients with PSS were studied group,while 15 NMO without PSS were control group.Results In terms of clinical manifestations and laboratory tests,there was more common than personality.In terms of ages,gender,imaging material and prognosis,there was no statistical significant difference between the studied control group P>0.05.Conclusion There is quite a part of NMO complicated with PSS patients.Both have more common than personality in clinical features.And the two diseases are closely linked.In immunolopical pathogenic mechanic of NMO and pSS.They may have common anatomical involvement.
