摘要
针对高精度磨床静压导轨制造难度大以和刚度不足的问题,在分析静压导轨结构和受力分析的基础上,利用TRIZ理论中的根本原因分析工具得出导轨刚度不足的根本原因。根据矛盾矩阵中两组参数,应用分割原理和增加不对称性原理,将静压导轨结构优化为拼块式结构和不等面积对置形式的两轴油腔结构。研究表明,优化后的静压导轨结构参数符合设计要求,提高了静压导轨的刚度,供油压力从1.9 MPa降低到1.1 MPa。
Aiming at the difficulty and the stiffness problems of manufacturing high precision grinder hydrostatic guideway,based on TRIZ theory,the analysis of hydrostatic guideway structure and foundation stress on the use of reason in the theory of TRIZ analysis tool to find out the cause of wheel burn is the fundamental reason for lack of rigidity of guide rail and guide static pressure oil pressure is insufficient.The oil cavity area caused by insufficient,and find the improvement parameter“force”and“manufacturing”deterioration parameters and improve the parameters of“stability”and“shape”two parameters deterioration group technical contradiction,application of contradiction matrix for innovation principle,and the use of segmentation principle and the principle of not increasing,will be changed to block type hydrostatic guideway for the two unequal area structure and form the cavity oil hydrostatic guideway.The new size of oil cavity is obtained by theoretical analysis and calculation,and the stiffness of the hydrostatic guide rail is improved and the oil pressure is reduced from 1.9 MPa to 1.1 MPa.
