用科学探究引导工程教育——基于广东工业大学人才培养模式改革的思考

Guide Engineering Education with Scientific Inquiry——Thinking on the Reform of Talenting Training Mode Based on Guangdong University of Technology

"有知识缺经验,有理论没实践"是当前大学生步入社会面临的重要问题,从科学探究的内涵出发,结合当前社会对人才的需求,阐述了科学探究对工程教育的指导意义。并以科学探究思想为基础,从背景、内涵、目标、内容、实施、评价等六方面详细阐述了广东工业大学人才培养模式改革,再次探讨了完善广东工业大学以大学生创新行动计划为载体的人才培养模式改革的路径。

"Having knowledge,lack of experience;having theory without practice"is the important problem facing the current college students who entering society.This paper expounds the guiding significance what scientific inquiry to engineering education,starting from the connotation of scientific inquiry combining the current social demand for talents.Basing on scientific inquiry thought,this paper elaborates the talent training mode reform of Guangdong University of Technology and discusses the perfect path of the talent training mode reform which carried by college students innovation action plan in Guangdong University of Technology,from the background,connotation,goal,content,implementation,evaluation six aspects in detail.
