基于通识教育视角下的高职院校人才培养目标及实现路径探索

Research on the Goal and Path of Talent Rraining in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Perspective of General Education

高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其人才培养目标定位处于长期的动态变化,人才培养目标的不确定致使人才培养的路径不稳定,从整体上来看,对技术技能的培养基本没有异议,但对素质与素养方面培养的定位并不清晰。通过通识教育的引入,形成通识教育与专业教育人才目标定位,构建培养路径,实现专业与人文素养的同步提升。

The higher vacational education is an important part of higher education in our country,The goal orientation of talent training is in a long-term dynamic change.The uncertainty of the goal of training talents leads to the unstable path of talent cultivation.on the whole,the cultivation of technical skills basically no objection,but the positioning of the quality and literacy training is not clear.Through the introduction of general education,the goal orientation of general education and professional education talents is formed,and the training path is constructed,so as to achieve synchronous improvement of professional and humanistic quality.
