Technical and economic analysis of solid urea direct injection SNCR denitrification

分析了现有脱硝装置存在的不足,提出固体尿素直喷SNCR脱硝装置的技术方案,并对已实施的使用固体尿素直喷SNCR脱硝装置与常规SCR装置进行技术经济比较。结果表明:固体尿素直喷SNCR脱硝装置具有投资省、运行期内总费用低的优势。该技术不仅适用于火电厂,也适用于含碱性烟灰的水泥、玻璃行业。

The drawbacks of the current denitrification unit are analyzed,and the solid urea direct injection SNCR denitrification technology is proposed.The comparison between the solid urea direct injection SNCR denitrification unit and the conventional SCR unit,and the economic benefit from the application of the two units has been carried out.The results show that the solid urea direct injection SNCR denitrification unit has the advantages of low investment and low total operation cost.The technology can be applied not only in thermal power plants,also the cement industry which usually generates basic soot,and the glass industry.
