摘要
高效利用海量频谱监测数据实现军民融合频谱综合利用是顺应世界新军事变革发展大势的必然要求。针对上述需求,重点提出基于大数据的军民融合频谱综合利用体系架构。在频谱数据汇集、频谱融合以及军民数据调度的工作原理基础上,构建民方申请军用频段和军方占用民用频段2种军民融合频谱综合利用方式的工作流程。通过军民融合频谱综合利用仿真试验验证所提内容的有效性。仿真结果表明,通过提出的体系结构和工作流程,可有效地获取军民共用频段信息,为实现提高频谱综合利用率奠定了基础。
The high-efficiency application of massive spectrum monitor data for civil-military integration spectrum comprehensive utilization conforms to the world military development and reform.In view of the requirements,this paper proposes the architecture of civil-military integration spectrum comprehensive utilization based on big data architecture.On the basis of operating principle of spectrum data collection,spectrum fusion and civil-military data dispatch,the workflows of applying military spectrum by civil users and utilizing civil spectrum by military users are established.The simulation experiment of civil-military integration spectrum comprehensive utilization validates the effectiveness of the proposed architecture.The simulation results show that the proposed architecture and workflow can effectively help to obtain civil-military spectrum,which lays the foundation for improving spectrum comprehensive utilization.
