摘要
针对薄壁不锈钢圆管的密封焊接,设计了整套激光焊接设备,主要由驱动机构、转盘、随行夹具、下料机构、上料检测组件、焊前检测组件以及激光焊接组件等组成。多工位随行夹具可实现自动检测、来料组装、激光焊接等工序同步进行,增加生产效率。经过实际生产检验表明,生产的成品率达100%,每日产量为3 000件,满足焊接质量及效率要求。
For the seal welding of thin walled stainless steel tube,a set of laser welding equipment was designed,which is mainly composed of a driving mechanism,a turntable,pallet,feeding mechanism,material detection module,detection module before welding and laser welding components. Multi station running fixture can realize the automatic inspection,assembly,laser welding and other processes simultaneously,and increase production efficiency. The real production test shows that the finished product rate is 100%,the daily output of 3 000 pieces,and the developed equipment meets the requirements on welding quality and efficiency.
