某舰舱室空气中微生物种类及其耐药性分析

摘要 目的了解某舰艇空间环境中空气细菌种类及其耐药性,探索舰艇环境空气中可能性危害因素,为舱室空气细菌监测和艇员抗生素合理使用提供科学依据。方法采用平皿沉降法对舱室内空气细菌进行采样,进行细菌培养和菌落计数,革兰氏染色后镜检,使用VITEK 2 Compact微生物检测系统进行细菌种类和耐药性鉴定。MALDI-TOF质谱技术进行补充鉴定。结果舰艇舱室空气中分离出细菌41株(革兰氏阳性菌40株,共5属11种;革兰氏阴性菌1株,1属1种)和真菌8株(2属2种)。优势菌种为藤黄微球菌、头状葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和杂色曲霉菌。耐药性检测表明舱室空气中存在耐药性菌株。结论初步了解了该类型舰艇部分舱室空气中微生物的数量、分布及药敏情况,这对感染性疾病的预防、诊断和治疗有一定参考价值。 Objective To investigate the variety of microbes and their antibiotic resistance in the air of one ship and to explore the potential hazards in order to provide data for surveillance of airborne microorganisms and the proper use of antibiotics among the ship crew in the cabin environment.Methods Petri dish sedimentation method was used to sample the cabin air microbes.The isolated pure colonies were stained with gram dye before the color and morphology of bacteria were observed.The bacterial varieties and their drug resistance were detected by VITEK 2 Compact with the pure bacterial suspension.MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry technique was used for supplementary determination.Results 41 strains of bacteria(40 gram positive bacteria belong to 5 genera and 11 species,one gram negative belongs to 1 genus and 1 species)and 8 strains of fungi(belonging to 2 genera and 2 species)were isolated from the air in the cabins of the ship.The dominant strains were Micrococcus luteus,capitate Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Aspergillus versicolor.The drug resistance test indicated that there were resistant strains in the cabin air.Conclusion Basic information on the quantity,distribution and drug resistance of air microbes in some of the cabins of the ship has been collected,which can contribute to the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.
