某医院膀胱癌患者生命质量现状及其与希望水平的相关性分析

目的探讨某医院膀胱癌患者生命质量现状及其与希望水平的相关性。方法选取某医院2014年1月至2016年12月收治的264例膀胱癌手术患者作为研究对象,采取回顾性分析法发分析所有患者的临床及随访资料,记录所有患者性别、年龄等一般资料和疾病情况、生命质量及希望水平情况,并比较不同特征患者间生命质量的差异,研究其生命质量与希望水平之间的关系。结果 (1)264例膀胱癌手术患者术后生命质量评分为(78.26±12.36)分;希望水平得分为(38.94±6.20)分,处于高等水平;(2)不同性别、婚姻状态、癌症分期、手术治疗方法的患者间其生命质量比较无差异,但年龄超过60岁、文化程度在初中及以下、职业为农民的膀胱癌手术患者其生命质量显著较差(P<0.05);(3)Spearman等级相关分析结果表明,膀胱癌患者生命质量总分与其希望水平总分、与他人保持亲密关系、采取积极行动均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌患者生命质量总分与希望水平总分、与他人保持亲密关系、采取积极行动均呈正相关,故扩大其知识面、提高其希望水平是改善膀胱癌患者生命质量的关键措施。

Objective To investigate the quality of life of patients with bladder cancer in a hospital and its relationships with the level of hope.Methods A total of 264 bladder cancer patients treated in a hospital between January 2014 and December 2016 were selected as subjects.The clinical and follow-up data of all these patients was retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of the data,the gender,age,disease conditions,quality of life,levels of hope and other general information of these patients were recorded.The difference in quality of life between patients with different characteristics was compared to investigate the relationships between their quality of life and levels of hope.Results(1)The score of quality of life of 264 patients with bladder cancer after operation was(78.26±12.36)points.The score of levels of hope was(38.94±6.20)points,which was at a high level.(2)There was no difference in quality of life between patients who were different in gender,marital status,stages of cancer,and surgical treatment methods.However,the quality of life of patients with bladder cancer who were over 60 years old,had junior high school education and worked as migrant laborers was significantly worse(P<0.05).(3)Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation(P<0.05)between the total score of quality of life,hope levels in patients with bladder cancer,intimate relations with others,and positive action.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the total score of life quality and the hope level,close relationships with others and positive action among patients with bladder cancer.Therefore,to increase related knowledge and improve the level of hope are the key to better quality of life of patients with bladder cancer.
