心理弹性、焦虑、抑郁对驻疆边防一线官兵睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Resilience,Anxiety and Depression on Sleep Quality of Soldiers in Frontier Defense of Xinjiang

目的探讨心理弹性、焦虑、抑郁对驻疆边防一线官兵睡眠质量的影响。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、心理弹性量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对635名驻疆边防一线官兵进行调查分析。结果驻疆边防一线官兵除睡眠效率、催眠药物外,睡眠质量其余各因子均失常;睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠质量总分失常比例大于50%;驻疆边防一线官兵除睡眠效率、睡眠障碍外,睡眠质量总分及其他因子均与焦虑、抑郁呈正相关(P<0.05),与心理弹性呈负相关(P<0.05);驻疆边防一线官兵心理弹性对睡眠质量总分有反向预测作用,焦虑对睡眠质量总分有正向预测作用。结论驻疆边防一线官兵的睡眠质量较差,睡眠质量指数量表联合焦虑、抑郁自评量表可相对客观反映睡眠质量,适当使用镇静安神类药物,可提高心理弹性水平,对改善睡眠质量有一定作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of resilience,anxiety and depression on sleep quality of soldiers in frontier defense of Xinjiang.Methods A total of 635 soldiers in frontier defense of Xinjiang were investigated using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).Results Except for sleep efficiency and hypnotics,the indexes of PSQI of soldiers in frontier defense of XinJiang were abnormal.The aberration rate of sleep quality,fall-sleep time,and sleep quality scores was above 50%.With the exception of sleep efficiency and sleep disorder,the scores of sleep quality and other factors of soldiers were positively correlated with anxiety and depression(P<0.05),but negatively correlated with psychological elasticity(P<0.05).Resilience of soldiers had a negative prediction effect on sleep quality scores,while anxiety had a positive prediction effect.Conclusion Soldiers in frontier defense of Xinjiang have poor sleep.The sleep quality index scale combined with anxiety,self-rating depression scale can objectively reflect the quality of sleep.Appropriate use of sedative-hypnotic drugs can improve the level of resilience and sleep quality.
