摘要
我国事业单位基数大,工作人员数量多,人事管理复杂且工作量大,极易出现错误,这会浪费大量的人力和物力,尤其是在事业单位工资管理上,原有的管理模式已经无法满足事业单位工资管理的需求,针对这种情况,必须要结合数据库技术,构建科学、高效的事业单位工资管理系统。文章对给予需求事业单位工资管理系统的设计过程进行分析,并分析工资管理存在的各种问题,以提高系统管理的质量和效率,提升事业单位工资管理的水平。
A large number of institutions in China,the number of staff,personnel management and complex workload,prone to error,it will waste a lot of manpower and material resources,especially in the salary management institutions,the original management model has been unable to meet the needs of the salary management institutions,in view of this situation,must be combined with database technology,construction of salary management system and institutions scientific and efficient.This paper analyzes the design process of the wage management system of the demand institution,and analyzes the problems existing in the wage management,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the system management and improve the wage management level of the institution.
