摘要
以西安市某研究单位科研员工为调研对象,从工作环境特征视角探索员工工作幸福感的影响因素,通过访谈、问卷调查等方式收集数据并进行多层次线性回归分析,实证结果表明,员工工作幸福感会受到工作要求、个人资源的影响;个人资源对工作要求与员工工作幸福感的关系起到正向调节作用.据此提出相应改善建议,为相关领域进行员工工作幸福感的干预研究、管理者制定员工工作幸福感的改善措施提供参考.
A survey was conducted among the research staff in a research institute in Xi’an to explore the factors which influence employees’well-being from the perspective of work environment characteristics.The data were collected through interviews and questionnaires and then analyzed by the multiple linear regression analysis.The empirical results show that employees’well-being will be influenced by job demands and personal resources and that personal resources have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between job demands and employees’well-being.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some suggestions,providing a reference for the study on the intervention of employees’well-being in relevant fields and for managers to work out measures for improving employees’well-being.
