富氧燃烧锅炉辐射传热计算方法研究进展与展望 被引量:4

摘要 开展富氧燃烧数值模拟需要解决的关键问题是辐射传热计算,针对此,就国内外辐射传热计算进行综述性研究,同时对富氧燃烧锅炉辐射传热计算方法进行分析。研究结果表明:为改善富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉炉膛辐射换热的数值计算结果,应同时关注对气体辐射和颗粒辐射计算模型的修正。通过ANSYS Fluent数值模拟以及实炉试验数据进一步对富氧燃烧锅炉炉膛辐射传热计算方法进行修正和验证,同时提出下一步需要重点解决的关键学术问题和工程技术问题。 The key problem to be solved for developing numerical simulation on oxygen-enriched combustion is radiative heat transfer calculation.Therefore,this paper dose a summarized study on radiative heat transfer at home and abroad and analyzes computational method for radiative heat transfer of the oxygen-enriched combustion boiler.Corresponding research results indicate in order to improve numerical calculation result of radiative heat transfer in the hearth of oxygen-enriched coal pulverized combustion boiler,modification for calculation models of gas radiation and particle radiation should be concerned.By means of Fluent numerical simulation and according to experiment on-spot data,the paper discusses modification and verification for the computational method of radiative heat transfer,and proposes key academic problems and engineering technical problems to be solved in the future.
