摘要 分析电力网络发生低频振荡的原因,针对这一现象提出电力系统稳定器(power system stabilizer,PSS)对抑制低频振荡的作用,介绍PSS的设计方法和工作原理,建立PSS4B数学模型。利用Simulink仿真软件搭建同步发电机励磁系统和"双机两区域"系统,模拟"双机两区域"系统发生机端扰动故障、三相短路故障、两相接地短路故障、机械功率突变和负荷投切对电功率和转子角速度的影响。针对不同试验类型,对比系统未加装PSS、加装普通PSS和PSS4B对抑制低频振荡的效果,验证新型PSS对抑制超低频段振荡具有显著的优越性。 The paper analyzes reasons for low frequency oscillation and then presents effect of the power system stabilizer(PSS)in restraining low frequency oscillation.It also analyzes the design method for PSS and working principles,and builds a mathematical model for PSS4B.By means of Simulink software,it builds a synchronous generator excitation system and a two generator sets and two areas system so as to simulate influences of generator-end fault,three-phase short circuit fault,two-phase grounding short circuit fault,mutation of mechanical power and load switching on the electrical power and rotor angular velocity.In allusion to different experiments,it compares effects of the system without PSS,with PSS and PSS4B in restraining low frequency oscillation so as to verify the new PSS has significant superiority in restraining low frequency oscillation.
