摘要 以八连杆冲压机构为研究对象,在ADAMS平台上建立其参数化模型并进行仿真,获得冲头的运动特性曲线。以冲头最大加速度取得最小值为目标进行优化设计,得到该冲压机构较为理想的结构参数。研究表明,优化后冲头的最大加速度降低了51.9%,这有利于冲头在冲压过程中减少振动和冲击,延长机器的使用寿命。 Eight-rod stamping mechanism taken as the research object,a parameterized model of mechanism is established and simulation is carried out on the platform of ADAMS.The kinetic characteristic curve of the puncher has been obtained.The optimal design is carried out to obtain the minimum value with the maximum acceleration of the puncher,and the structure parameters of the ideal mechanism are obtained.It is shown that the maximum acceleration of the optimized puncher has been reduced by 51.9%,which reduces puncher's vibration and impact in the stamping process and improves machine's endurance.
