摘要
2011年,我国经济发展正式进入新常态,面对经济减速下行的现实状况和"中等收入陷阱"的潜在威胁,中央适时地提出以供给侧结构性改革适应、引领经济发展新常态的战略方针。文章通过研究供给侧结构性改革的现实诉求、正确定位、基本要素、"新常态"数字化目标和实施路径等几个方面,深化对供给侧结构性改革的认识和思考。
China′s economic development officially entered the new normal in 2011.In face of the reality of economic slowdown and potential threats of″middle-income trap″,the central government duly put forward the supply-side structural reform strategy to adapt to and guide the new normal.With a survey of realistic demands,right orientation,essential elements,numerical target and implementation path of the new normal,the understanding of and reflection on the supply-side structural reform will be deepened
