摘要
目的:研究健步走与广场舞对中年女性高血压患者的降压效果。方法:选取九江学院中年女性高血压患者30名,施以40-60min/d,5d/wk×16wk的健身走与广场舞运动;在运动前后分别测得受试者的身高、体重、TC、TG、HDL、LDL、血管紧张素Ⅱ及瘦素、安静时血压和心率。结果:运动后受试者的体重和BMI降低;TC、TG、LDL、血管紧张素Ⅱ及瘦素降低;收缩压显著性降低,心率下降。实验前后的数据对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健步走与广场舞运动,(1)能调节脂代谢,降低BMI;(2)增强心功能,降低心率,提高心血管系统功能;(3)有增强血管弹性,效降低血压效果。
The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of fitness walking exercise and square dance on middle-aged Hypertension women.Methods:Thirty middle-aged Hypertension women were selected to take part in 40-60min/d,5d/wk×16wk fitness walking exercise and square dance.Before taking part in fitness walking exercise and square dance,the subjects were measured height,weight,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,angiotension II,leptin,blood pressure in peace and heart rate.Results:After fitness walking exercise and square dance,the reduction in weight,BMI,TC,TG,LDL,angiotension II and leptin was obvious,systolic pressure and heart rate was decreased obviously.There was a great significant difference in the values of this study(P<0.05).Conclusions:Fitness walking exercise and square dance can:(1)regulate lipid mechanism and lower BMI.(2)strengthen heart function,decrease heart rate and improve cardiovascular system.(3)improve vascular elasticity and decrease blood pressure.
