联合创新平台驱动下的竞争性企业发展机理

On Competitive Enterprise Development Mechanism Driven by Research Joint Venture Innovation Platform

摘要 研究联合体创新平台是帮助竞争性企业解决研发资源受限和降低研发风险的模式选择,有助于竞争性企业共存发展和创新能力提高。文章从竞争性企业知识整合和合作研发市场效应两方面探讨研究联合体创新平台驱动竞争性企业内在发展机理。合作平台通过竞争性企业资源共享和知识整合能力提升,进而提高研发创新成功概率,满足成员个体利润和联盟整体收益的需求;平台运行中,行业市场集中度得到提高,尤其在知识溢出效应作用下,平台利益结构越紧密,行业市场集中度越高,且竞争性企业面临的市场不确定风险越低。 Competitive enterprises have a restriction on their limited resources and failure risks in the market of competition and innovation.The research joint venture innovation platform contributes to the enterprises coexistence development and the improvement of their innovation capabilities.Based on the transaction cost theory,the resource-based theory and the organization learning theory,the paper analyzes the competitive enterprise development mechanism driven by the research joint venture innovation platform through two critical variables:the knowledge integration capability and the market concentration degree.It draws three conclusions as follows:it can meet the needs of the individual members and the union overall revenue through the improvement of knowledge integration capability;the higher the compactness of its internal structure is,the higher of the market concentration degree is;and the less the uncertainty risk for the competitive enterprises will be.
