家庭背景对大学生创业影响的实证研究--基于Logistic回归模型的分析

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Family Background on the College Students' Entrepreneurship: Based on the Analysis of Logistic Regression Model

大学生创业受到了社会各界的广泛关注,而家庭背景在其中发挥了重要作用。基于Logistic回归模型,对945份大学生创业问卷调查数据进行统计分析,结果发现:家庭背景越优越的大学生,个人支持创业的意愿越强烈,大学生创业成功的可能性就越大;家庭经济状况更好的学生,对创业表现出更浓的兴趣,因而更容易产生创业想法,计划投入的自主创业资金也越多;大学生更愿意选择在一线和二线城市创业。因此,要重视家庭在大学生创业中的促进作用,充分发挥社会力量对大学生创业的积极作用,关注家庭背景相对弱势的学生群体,进而形成共同推进大学生创业工作的合力。

The entrepreneurship of college students has attracted extensive attention of the society from all walks of life,in which the family plays an important role.Based on the logistic regression model,945 college students’entrepreneurial survey data were analyzed.The results show that students with better family background tend to get stronger support from their parents,and they think the possibility of college students’success is greater.Students with better family economic status show greater interest in the entrepreneurship,and are more likely to have entrepreneurial ideas,and would invest more funds in their own ventures.In addition,they are more willing to choose to start business in the first and second tier cities.Accordingly,it is recommended to recognize the positive significance of the family for college students,and universities should take care of the disadvantaged groups of students so as to form a joint effort to promote the college students’entrepreneurship together.
