“互联网+教育”中国化的行与思

The Practice and Reflection on the “Internet Plus Education” in China

"互联网+教育"是未来教育的必然形态,承载着我国教育现代化的想象,在权力和资本的双重推动下急剧发展,势不可挡。通过分析互联网教育的演变及其阶段性特征,发现我国"互联网+教育"的发展仍处于浅层次,存在的问题包括:概念不清,相应法律法规滞后,教育伦理不在场。因此,需要从多维度重塑"互联网+教育",健全具有针对性、可操作性和分层次的法律法规,强化伦理教育3个向度,以此构筑"互联网+教育"的生态结构,使之具有制度的合法性、社会的合理性和理论的可行性,进而正确把握"互联网+教育"的本质、未来工作重点和发展方向。

“Internet plus education”is the inevitable form of education in the future,which carries the imagination of Chinese educational modernization,and now with the promotion of power and capital,it is developing with an amazing speed.But by studying the evolution and characteristics of China’s Internet education,it shows that the development of“Internet plus education”is still at the lower level,in which there are some problems such as the disputed and confused concept,the lagged relevant laws and regulations,and the absence of ethics education.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to reconstruct the ecological structure of the“Internet plus education”according to the multi-dimension views,to improve the targeted,operational and hierarchical law and legislation,and to strengthen the ethical education,to reconstruct the ecological system of“Internet plus education”which has the legitimacy of the system,the rationality of the society and the feasibility of the theory,and in order to understand the essence,the focus and direction of development for the“Internet plus education”.
