摘要 建立了原子荧光光谱法测定银精矿中汞的分析方法。试样经盐酸、硝酸溶解,在盐酸介质中,以盐酸(5%)为载流,氯化亚锡(200g/L)溶液为还原剂,用原子荧光光谱法测定银精矿样品中汞的含量。对仪器的最佳工作条件、还原剂的种类和浓度、样品溶样方式、共存元素的干扰等各方面进行了详细研究。结果表明,方法的相对标准偏差为3.1%~9.1%,与冷原子吸收光谱法测定结果相吻合。方法的准确度和精密度均能满足银精矿样品的检测需求,值得推广使用。 A method for determination of mercury in sliver concentrates by stannous chloride reduction-atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been developed.The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid,respectively.The fluorescence intensity of mercury was measured by atomic fluorescence spectrometry using a hydrochloric acid solution(5%)as the carrier liquid and a stannous chloride solution(200 g/L)as the reducing agent.The optimum working conditions,the types and concentrations of the reductant,the sample dissolution method and the interference of coexisting elements were studied in detail.The result showed that the relative standard deviation of this method was 3.1%-9.1%,and was consistent with the result of the cold atomic absorption spectrometry.The accuracy and precision of this method can meet the detection requirements of silver concentrate samples,so it was worth popularizing.
