Simultaneous Determination of Trace Silver,Tin and Boron in Geochemical Samples Based on Deep Hole Improved Electrode by Emission Spectrometry

摘要 采用深孔改进电极,一米平面光栅交流电弧摄谱法同时测定地球化学样品中微量银、锡、硼的含量。以三氧化二铝、硫酸钾、氟化钠和碳粉作缓冲剂,锗作内标。方法检出限为:银0.015μg/g、锡0.32μg/g、硼1.0μg/g,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.8%~7.5%。实验用国家一级标准物质进行验证,方法的测定值与标准值相符。 In this work,simultaneous determination of silver(Ag),tin(Sn)and boron(B)in geochemical samples was carried out using deep hole improved electrode,plane grating and AC arc spectrometry.Aluminum oxide,potassium sulfate,sodium fluoride and carbon powders were used as the buffer and germanium was used as an internal standard.The detection limit of Ag,Sn and B were 0.015μg/g,0.32μg/g,1.0μg/g,respectively.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=12)of this method for these elements varies from 5.8%to 7.5%.The method has been verified by using National Standard Reference Materials for these elements,and the measured results are consistent with the certified values.
