摘要
准确地测定碲化铜中贵金属含量对于指导交易具有重要的意义。由于碲化铜中碲含量较高,会使熔融的铅无法凝聚,铅扣脆、易裂,金银合粒聚不在一起,因此导致结果偏低,致使试金失败。利用硫酸先除去碲和铜,然后再通过试金法测定碲化铜中的金量和银量。实验讨论了共存元素、硫酸用量、溶剂配料、杂质测定等因素对金、银含量测定结果的影响,从而建立了一种快速、准确的测定碲化铜中金银含量的方法。实验表明,金、银的加标回收率在97.7%~101%,方法精密高,可满足于实际生产的需要。
Accurate determination of precious metal content in the copper telluride is of great significance in trade guiding.Due to higher tellurium content of copper telluride,molten lead is not cohesive,buckle crisp,easy to crack,and the gold and silver cannot co-aggregate together,giving low accuracy and failure of the fire assay method.In this experiment,tellurium and copper were first removed using sulfuric acid,then gold and silver in the copper telluride was determined by fire assay method.The effect of coexisting elements,sulfuric acid,solvents and impurities on the determination of gold and silver content were discussed experimentally,and a rapid and accurate method for the determination of gold and silver in copper telluride was established with the recovery rate of 97.7%-101%.The proposed method is precise and can meet the real production requirements.
