摘要
建立了用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定转基因大豆中无机元素含量的方法,采用浓HNO3溶解转基因大豆,实验结果表明,转基因大豆中Ca、Na、K、Mg、Zn、Fe的含量比较丰富。方法灵敏可靠,测定相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)均小于3%,方法的加标回收率在97.6%~103%,实验结果为探讨转基因大豆对人体的营养保健作用提供了参考。
Inorganic elements content in transgenosis soybean was determined by inductively coupled plasm-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Samples were prepared by dissolving transgenic soybean in concentrated HNO 3.The results showed that calcium,sodium,potassium,magnesium,zinc and iron content is relatively higher in transgenosis soybean.The applied method is accurate and reliable with relative standard deviation of less than 3%(n=6),and recovery rate between 97.6%-103%.The results provide reference data for study on nutrition and health effects of transgenosis soybean.
