摘要
三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer,TNBC)是指雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)及人表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,HER-2)均表达为阴性的乳腺癌。其术后复发率较高,预后较差。本文主要对TNBC的影像学诊断及进展进行综述。
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a distinct subgroup of breast cancer that does not express estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)with a poor prognosis and an increased risk of relapse after surgery.The imaging modalities for diagnosing TNBC and their research progress were reviewed in this paper.
