江西省60岁及以上居民老年痴呆症和记忆力减退流行病学调查

Epidemic Situation of Alzheimer's Disease and Hypomnesia among Residents Aged 60 Years and Above in Jiangxi Province

目的了解江西省60岁及以上居民老年痴呆症和记忆力减退流行现状及就诊情况,为制定相关政策和干预措施提供参考。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,抽取江西省10个县(区)60岁及以上居民3094人,采取面对面询问调查方式收集相关信息。结果江西省60岁及以上居民老年痴呆症自报患病率、老年痴呆症知晓率和记忆力减退患病率分别为1.33%、39.00%和43.70%,标化后分别为1.30%、39.02%和43.32%。老年痴呆症知晓率城镇高于农村,非文盲高于文盲,且随着年龄的增加而降低(P<0.05)。记忆力减退患者就诊率为5.19%,老年痴呆症患者就诊率为19.51%。结论江西省60岁及以上居民中老年痴呆症知晓率和记忆力减退就诊率低,应加强健康教育,提高公众对老年痴呆症早期症状及记忆力减退危害的正确认识,以期提高老年痴呆症的早期诊断率。

Objective To investigate the epidemic situation and visiting rate of alzheimer’s disease and hypomnesia among residents aged 60 years and above in Jiangxi Province,and to provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies and interventions.Methods A multi\|stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 3094 residents aged 60 years and above in 10 counties(districts)of Jiangxi province.The information was collected through face\|to\|face interview.Results The self\|reported prevalence of Alzheimer’s disease,awareness rate of Alzheimer’s disease and prevalence of hypomnesia were 1.33%,39.00%and 43.70%among residents aged 60 and above in Jiangxi province,respectively.The standardized rates were 1.30%,39.02%and 43.32%,respectively.The awareness rate of Alzheimer’s disease in urban residents was higher than that in rural residents,and that in literate residents was higher than that in non\|literate residents(P<0.05).Furthermore,the awareness rate of Alzheimer’s disease decreased with increasing age(P<0.05).The visiting rate was 5.19%for patients with hypomnesia and 19.51%for patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Conclusion The awareness rate of Alzheimer’s disease and visiting rate of hypomnesia are low among residents aged 60 years and above in Jiangxi province.Therefore,health education should be strengthened to raise the awareness of early symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and the harm of hypomnesia and to increase the early diagnostic rate of Alzheimer’s disease
