浅谈如何在新形势下发挥国企党建工作优势

How to Gave Play to Party Building in State-owned Enterprises under the New Situation

党的十九大开启了中国特色社会主义新时代,推进党的建设新的伟大工程也必将在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导下走向新境界。国有企业作为中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础,党建工作是其鲜明特色和独特优势,是其核心竞争力的重要组成部分。面对国有企业全面深化改革的新形势,国企党建工作如何发挥出其优势以助力企业改革发展是当前亟需研究的现实课题。该文结合党建工作相关理论,主要通过论述中国能源建设集团江苏省电力设计院有限公司在党建工作中的主要做法、取得成效,对探索新形势下如何发挥国企党建工作优势提出几点思考。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has marked a new era for Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.Therefore,the new great project of Party building under the guidance of Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era will be bound to strive for a new level.State-owned enterprises(SOE)are material and political foundation of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.Party building is SOE’s distinctive feature and advantage and has been an important component of SOE’s core competitiveness.Under the new situation of deepening the reform in an all-round way for SOE,the way to exert the predominance of Party building to assist SOE in promoting its reform and development,has been an urgent issue to be studied at present.On basis of associative theory on Party building,this paper introduces the approaches and achievements of Party building in Jiangsu Power Design Institute Co.,Ltd.of CEEC(JSPDI),with the purpose of putting forward some ideas on way to exert the predominance of Party building in SOE under the new situation.
