摘要
文章以国际工程EPC项目为研究对象,分析总结工程项目执行中存在的各类风险因素,针对这些风险提出可行的风险控制及预防的方法。这些预防控制措施将为类似国际工程项目执行前的风险预防及应对提供借鉴,为工程项目的顺利开展提供保障。
By researching on the overseas EPC project,this article analyzes and summarizes the different kinds of risks existedin project execution phase,and puts forward feasible methods of project risk control and prevention.All the methods will be used for reference in project risk prevention before execution for similar overseas EPC project,and making supports for project good performance.
