摘要
世界范围内对环境保护的逐步重视以及化石能源的日益枯竭,推动了电动汽车的迅速发展。随着私人电动汽车的推广普及,其充电行为将改变系统原有的负荷特性,从而影响配电网的安全和经济运行。以城市住宅小区为研究对象,根据不同场景用户的充电行为建立小区电动汽车充电功率的蒙特卡洛计算模型,结合典型小区居民原始负荷特性,分析电动汽车充电对小区配电网的影响,并提出有效的需求侧管理策略,用以引导用户充电行为与系统安全可靠、削峰填谷需要的良性互动,使其提高对电网友好性的影响和削弱不良影响。
The increased focus on environmental protection and the problem of lack of fossil energy around the world has prompted the rapid development of electric vehicles(EVs).With the popularity of private EVs,the original load characteristics of the system would be changed by the charging behavior which would have an impact on the safety and economic operation of the distribution network.The Monte Carlo calculation model of the charging power of the urban residential district electric vehicle was set up according to the charging behavior of users in different scenarios,and the influence of EVs charging on residence community distribution network was analyzed.The effective demand side management strategy was put forward to guide the charging behavior of users to make the system security and reliability,so as to improve the impact on the network friendliness and weaken the adverse effects.
