微信软件在老年股骨转子间骨折患者术后功能恢复中的应用

Application of We Chat Software in Functional Recovery of Elderly Postoperative Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的:探讨微信软件管理在老年股骨转子间骨折患者术后功能恢复中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年12月至2016年12月收治的100例老年人股骨转子间骨折患者,随机分成两组,所有患者均符合股骨转子间骨折诊断标准,手术采用PFNA内固定术。两组在院内均给予相同的骨科常规护理,康复训练。对照组50例,出院后进行常规的出院指导,并进行定期电话随访;实验组在此基础上进行不定期的微信回访。比较两组髋关节恢复情况、生活自理能力以及护理满意度。结果:实验组出院后三个月Harris评分、ADL量表评分以及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微信软件的应用能够促进老年人髋关节功能的恢复以及生活自理能力的提高,改善护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of WeChat software management in patients with fracture of femoral intertrochanteric function after restoration.Methods:100 elderly patients with femur from December 2013 to December 2016 were fracture,were randomly divided into two groups,all patients were with bone plied intertrochanteric fracture diagnosis,surgery with PFNA internal fixation in the hospital.Two groups were given routine nursing in Department of orthopedics,the same rehabilitation training.50 cases in the control group were given regular discharge guidance after discharge,and regular telephone follow-up was carried out.On the basis of the experimental group,an irregular WeChat return visit was conducted.The recovery of hip joint,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After three months of discharge,the Harris score,the ADL scale and the nursing satisfaction were higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of WeChat software can promote the recovery of hip function and the improvement of self-care ability and improve the satisfaction of nursing in the elderly.
