中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on treatment of Chronic Urticaria with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:72例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,对照组36例给予西医治疗;治疗组36例在西医常规基础上加当归饮子养血祛风止痒,两组均以4周为1个疗程。结果:4周疗程结束时治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.67%和72.22%,停药4周后治疗组和对照组复发率分别为12.12%和38.46%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,复发率低,不良反应少。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Method:72 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in the control group were given western medical treatment;the 36 cases in control group were treated on the basis of Western medicine plus Angelica nourishing blood,dispelling wind and relieving itching,both groups last 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Result:At the end of the 4-week course,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.67%and 72.22%.After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group were 12.12%and 38.46%respectively.The difference between the total effective rate and the recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a high curative effect on the treatment of chronic urticarial,the recurrence rate is low and the adverse reaction is less.
