人民民主:通达无支配自由之路——毛泽东人民民主的有效性探究

People's Democracy: The Optimum Access to Non-discriminatory Freedom——On the Effectiveness of People's Democracy of Mao Zedong

毛泽东不仅为无支配自由的共同理想奋斗终生,而且找到了人民民主作为通达这一共同理想的必由之路。人民民主既是外在于无支配自由的工具性手段,具有以民众联合的力量摧毁和摆脱支配的有效性;又是内在于无支配自由的构成性手段,具有以无支配的"和"的方式实现人民内部无支配的有效性。人民民主的内在有效性,确保人民民主不偏离无支配自由的方向;人民民主的外在有效性,确保人民民主有效促进无支配自由的实现。人民民主的双重有效性相互对立、相互补充、相辅相成、同等重要,两者共同坚持和捍卫无支配自由的根本要义,成为国家和人民实现无支配自由共同理想的最佳通途。

Mao Zedong not only struggled for lif for the non-discriminatory freedom,but also found people's democracy which is the only and optimum route of realizing non-discriminatory freedom.On the one hand,people's democracy is a instrumental means for the non-discriminatory freedom,and has external validity of destroying and getting rid of the discriminatory by the strength of the union of the mass;on the other hand,people's democracy is a constructive means of the non-discriminatory freedom,and has internal validity of realizing non-discriminatory freedom among people by the means of harmonious.Internal validity of people's democracy is to ensure the direction of non-discriminatory freedom;and external validity of people's democracy ensure that people's democracy does not deviate from the direction of free freedom.The external and internal validity of people's democracy both relate mutually and opposes mutually,and adhere to the the basic meaning of non-discriminatory freedom.People's democracy is the optimum route of realizing non-discriminatory freedom.
