在华境外非政府组织是"一带一路"建设的重要力量。但是,由于我国尚未建立成熟的政策支持体系和完善的监管体系,严重制约了"一带一路"建设中在华境外非政府组织的参与效果。为提高在华境外非政府组织参与"一带一路"建设的积极性,政府应致力于健全完善在华境外非政府组织的政策支持和监管体系,为其提供便利环境;同时,在华境外非政府组织还应加强自身建设,提升业务水平,促进组织的有效参与。

Overseas NGOs is an important force in the construction of"The Belt and Road"in China.Overseas NGOs can exert its advantages in promoting international social recognition and assist enterprises in our country and social organizations"going out",and further realize the organization mission and purpose.However,because China has not yet established a mature policy support system and improve the supervision system,overseas NGOs still has certain limitation,seriously restricting the"The Belt and Road"project in China and overseas NGOs participation effect.In order to improve the overseas NGOs'enthusiasm for participating in"the Belt and Road"construction,the government should be committed to improving NGOs of the foreign policy and supervision system,providing convenient conditions and measures.At the same time,NGOs should also strengthen self-construction,enhance the professional level and ability and effectiveness of participation.
