摘要
目的:针对糖尿病患者的足部健康,设计一种糖尿病足底防护鞋具,以改善糖尿病患者的血液循环,预防和控制糖尿病并发症。方法:利用表面肌肉电信号监测不同状态的下肢肌肉群的活动强度,基于刺激血供及降低峰值压强指标,自定义鞋垫设计。选取368例糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选取381名健康者作为对照组,通过生物力学测量手段对糖尿病患者展开步态分析,测定患者静态和动态时的足底受压情况,并与健康者对比。结果:以活跃血供和降低足底峰值压强为主要特点开发的糖尿病足底防护鞋具,有效缓解和保护糖尿病患者的足部健康,减少重压对足底造成的损伤,降低足部病。结论:糖尿病足底防护鞋具设计重量轻,减压效果好,穿戴舒适,防滑透气,可满足糖尿病患者足部健康需求。
Objective:Aimed at foot health of diabetic patients,the shielding shoes for diabetic foot was designed to improve the blood circulation and to prevent and control the complications of diabetes.Methods:The activity intensity of lower limb muscle group in different state was monitored by using surface electromyogram.The insole was designed based on the principle of increasing blood flow and reducing peak value of pressure.368 diabetic patients were in the observation group and 381healthy people were in control group,and the gait of them and the plantar pressure distribution both in movement and stillness were measured by biomechanical method.Results:The foot protective shoes which can increase blood flow and reduce peak foot pressure effectively relieve the foot injury caused by heavy pressure and benefit the foot health of diabetic patients.Conclusion:The shielding shoes for diabetic foot are lightweight,decompressive,comfortable,antiskid and ventilated,and it can meet the health needs of diabetic patients
