阐述各种现代内窥镜成像的原理,并调研主流品牌的内窥镜临床和科研应用情况,分析、对比其应用范围。其中一些技术较为成熟,如放大内窥镜、染色内窥镜、超声内窥镜等已在临床应用并为临床诊断提供了可靠的证据。随着内窥镜技术的进步,自体荧光成像、相干断层成像、共聚焦成像等技术的飞速发展,带来内窥镜技术的革命,可以提高癌症早期检测的检出率和准确性,并且使得在体实时光学活检将成为可能。

In this paper,we reviewed kinds of imaging principles of endoscopes,and investigated and surveyed the application of endoscopes of mainstream brands in clinical and scientific research field,and compared and analyzed their application scopes.Some mature techniques,such as magnified endoscopy,computed virtual chromoendoscopy,endoscopic ultrasound etc.,have been applied in clinical practice,and they have provided the reliable evidences for clinical diagnosis.With the progress of endoscopic techniques,other some techniques,such as autofluorescence imaging,optical coherence tomography,confocal laser endomicroscopy,etc.,will lead to revolution of endoscopic technique.And they will increase the relevance ratio and accuracy for the early detection of cancer.Moreover,the optical biopsy at real-time will become true in future
