摘要 根据铧式犁在潮湿泥土工作条件下粘连土壤的缺点,总结仿生蜣螂光滑结构表面的原理,结合CATIA软件的特点,应用CATIA软件构建出仿生铧式犁的表面凸起形态。为了检验仿生铧式犁三维模型的结构特性,应用ANSYS LS-DYNA软件对普通铧式犁和仿生铧式犁的工作过程进行受力分析,仿真分析结果显示仿生铧式犁的受力比普通铧式犁小了87 N,实现了本项目的设计目标。 The aim of this paper is to construct the surface morphology of bionic convex plow by applying CATIA software on the basis of the software's characteristics combined with the principle of the smooth structure surfaceof Catharsius,as well as the disadvantages of cohesive soil under the conditions of moldboard plow working on the wet land. The ANSYS LS-DYNA software is employed to conduct the force analysis in the working processes between ordinary moldboard plows and bionic ones to test the structure characteristics of the three-dimensional model of the bionic plow. The results of simulation analysis show the force of bionic plow is 87 N less than the ordinary ones,which meets the design target of this paper.
