地方本科院校内部文化治理研究

OnInternal Culture Governance of Local Universities

随着地方本科院校的快速发展,对其治理提出了迫切要求,传统的制度治理忽视了大学的文化本源属性,难以实现有效的大学治理。本文通过对地方本科院校的内部文化治理的功能分析,提出构建制度文化、营造精神文化、强化学术文化措施,为地方本科院校提供内部文化治理路径。

With the rapid development of local undergraduate colleges, there is an urgent need for its governance. Traditional institutional governance ignores the cultural attributes of universities and is hard to achieve effective university governance. Based on the analysis of the functions of internal culture governance in local undergraduate colleges,this paper puts forward some measures to build institutional culture,create spiritual culture and strengthen academic culture,so as to provide internal culture governance for local undergraduate colleges.
