住房问题关乎着社会的和谐与稳定,属于国计民生范畴。尤其是针对目前社会中低收入群体而言,建设经济适用房体现出了政府对该类群体住房基础保障的重视与投入。基于此,经济适用房的价格务必要凸显公益性,同时科学合理地对开发过程展开有效监测与控制。本文重点对经济适用房项目房价测算展开探究,旨在得出销售房价合理区间,以供参考借鉴。

The housing problem is related to the harmony and stability of the society,which belongs to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Especially for the low-income groups in the present society,the construction of affordable housing reflects the government's attention and input to the basic security of this kind of group housing. Based on this,the price of affordable housing is necessary to highlight the public welfare,at the same time,the effective monitoring and control of the development process is scientifically and rationally. Thispaper focuses on the calculation of housing prices in affordable housing projects,aiming to draw a reasonable range of sales prices for reference.
