浅析城校融合农技推广及实践教学双赢模式构建的科学涵义

The agricultural technology extension based on the integration of high school and local city refers to the cooperation between the higher education institutions and local agricultural technology extension departments.The establishment of this model can take full advantage of university talents and technology,simultaneously fully utilize the function and regional advantages of agricultural technology extension departments,and thus the cooperation advantage of "1 + 1 > 2 "is displayed in the area. Through the establishment of cooperation model between the higher education institutions and agricultural technology extension departments,it can not only solve the deficiency of qualified technical personnel and the problems of personnel aging,but also supplement the current situation of universities being partial to the theoretical research and the deficiency in quantity of demonstration bases in practice teaching. This article started from the realistic demand of the cooperation between the higher education institutions and local agricultural technology extension departments,elucidated the specific meaning,analyzed the necessity of win-win model and briefly described the measures and security.
