摘要
研究人力资源管理课程满意度的影响因素,并建立回归模型,解决实际教学过程中学生参与性不高的难点问题。以安徽工程大学为例,对工商管理和人力资源管理专业学生进行问卷调查,运用因子和复回归分析法,提取了教师教学经验丰富度、教学课程构建、教学互动、学生主动合作水平、学生学业挑战度感知五个维度,并从提升教师"授人以渔"能力、提高学生参与主体感和加强师生教学互动三个方面给出建议。
This paper aims to study the influencing factors of human resource management curriculum satisfaction,and to establish a regression model to solve the difficult problem of low participation in the actual teaching process. Taking Anhui Polytechnic University as an example,a questionnaire survey is carried out among the business management and human resource management majors. Factor and regression analysis method is used in this paper to extract five dimensions including teachers' teaching experience,curriculum construction,richness of interactive teaching, students' active cooperation level and students' perception of challenge.Suggestions on how to improving teachers ability to teach method,students' participation in the subject and strengthening the teacher-student interactive teaching are given in this paper.
