低运动风险的健身车心肺耐力测试系统

摘要 设计了一种便捷、高效、低运动风险的心肺耐力测试系统。系统以STM32单片机为基础实现了阻力调控、功率测量和心率检测,并设计了两级负荷心肺耐力测试方案和人机交互软件。该文依次介绍系统的设计原理、软硬件开发方案以及验证实验。结果表明,该系统所测得的最大摄氧量VO_(2max)与金标准Monark功率车相比,相关系数r=0.938,显著性p<0.05,具有较高的相关性,从而验证了该系统心肺耐力测试的有效性。 In the paper,a convenient,efficient and low exercise risk cardiopulmonary endurance testing system is designed.Based on STM32 MCU,the system achieves the resistance control power measurement and heart detection starting.The system provides a twostage workload cardiopulmonary endurance testing method and a human-computer interaction software.The design principle,software and hardware development scheme and verification experiment are introduced in this paper.The experiment results show that the correlation coefficient r=0.938 and significance value p<0.05 of the VO2max between this system and the standard Monark,which verifies the scientific validity of the cardiopulmonary endurance test.
