摘要 偏心圆筒流变仪是一种研究聚合物熔体在复杂流场中的特殊流变行为新型流变仪,其测控系统主要由NI的CompactRIO-9022为控制器的下位机系统和在PC上基于Lab VIEW开发的上位机系统组成。利用Lab VIEW软件进行图形化编程,实现运动和温度控制,以及温度、转矩、压力等测量数据实时采集,并设计相应人机界面。实验表明:该测控系统能够实现偏心圆筒流变仪的功能要求,运行较为可靠稳定。 Eccentric Cylinder Rotating Rheometer(ECRR)was a novel rheometer to research the special rheological behavior of polymer melt in complex flow.The measurement and control system of ECRR was constitutive with CompactRIO-9022 from National Instruments as lower system and upper system which was developed in a PC based on LabVIEW.The system realized movement and temperature control and the real-time data acquisition of temperature,torque and pressure.In addition,the human-machine interface by LabVIEW was designed.The results show that the measurement and control system can realize functional requirements of ECRR and reliable and stable operation.
